Quality, size, and weight limit of your boxes are only a few of the factors which affect your move. Here are some facts, questions, answers and services our company provides to all of our customers.

Question: "Are ALL your moving boxes new?"
Answer: ABSOLUTELY! All of our moving boxes are brand new, unmarked and of professional quality.

Question: "Are ALL your moving boxes high quality?”
OF COURSE! Actually, our cardboard boxes pass the 200lb test, customary in the industry. In fact, our kitchen and wardrobe moving boxes are double the strength of all of our other cardboard boxes.

Question: "Why is box strength important?"
Answer: A cardboard box is meant to protect its contents, the stronger the box, the safer the content. Professional movers use moving boxes that are 32 ECT (or 200lb test) in strength.  Weaker boxes are not meant for moving, but for light usage and storage. BEWARE of a box’s strength prior to use!

Question: "How do I know my box’s strength?"
Answer: A box certificate indicates strength, and weight capacity. Box certificates are usually located on the bottom flap. Be sure to check the certificate prior to use because a big box doesn’t necessarily mean a strong box.

Question: "How is your product supply so inexpensive?"
Answer: By purchasing in bulk, we are able to distribute moving boxes and supplies to our consumers at a considerably discounted price.

Question: "Is size of the box important?"
Answer: Yes and No! To avoid damage during your move, be sure to eliminate empty space in your boxes by using moving supplies such as packing paper and bubble wrap. Smaller boxes tend to be easier to pack, as well as more manageable during the move.

Question: "Is it better to buy new or used?"
Answer: Our company does not sell used boxes. Boxes weaken with age and usage, and disintegrate when they get wet. If by chance you decide to go with used boxes, be sure to inspect them carefully before using them.

Question: "How is shipping free?"
Answer: Though shipping via fed-ex and ups is expensive, we keep our costs low thanks to the number of facilities we utilize nationwide.  So you get your moving supplies and boxes faster and at a lower price.

Question: "Are your boxes and supplies guaranteed?"
