PRODUCT WARRANTY If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, returns for a refund can be made within 10 days of your delivery date. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by you, and your account will be credited when the package is received by our company. No partial returns are accepted. SHIPPING WARRANTY A full refund (including shipping) is offered if your order does not arrive within 3 business days of expected delivery date.* The business day after your order placement (prior to 4pm EST) is considered the first shipping day. *If you keep the order received after the expected delivery date, no credits or discounts will be issued.
DELIVERY REFUSAL If you refuse delivery, your account will be credited once the package is received by our company (minus shipping charges for delivery and return). To refuse delivery, you must fill out the Return Form below.
LOST DELIVERY Your account will be refunded (including shipping) if your order is lost, misaddressed or incorrectly delivered without correction. To make a lost delivery claim, you must fill out the Return Form below.
